We ship within the Arab Republic of Egypt and to select countries worldwide.

Delivery Time:

Cairo and Giza: 2-3 business days
Other governorates: 3-7 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value (which will be announced).

Shipment Tracking:

The shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS after your order has shipped.
Delivery Delays:

In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather conditions, etc.).
