Return and Exchange Policy

At NINJA CLUB, your complete satisfaction with our products is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it according to the following conditions:

Return Period:

You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Sports products (such as gym towels) must be clean and unused for hygiene reasons.

Custom or bespoke products cannot be returned.

How to Return:

Please contact us via email or phone to request a return.

The return address and shipping instructions will be provided.

Refund:

Your payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets the return requirements.

For cash on delivery purchases, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent.
